At Ecocomb PaperWorks, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take pride in delivering quality eco-friendly packaging solutions. However, if you encounter any issues with your order, we are here to help.
The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.
If you are receiving any damaged or defective products please contact us within 24 hrs so we will Re-deliver either exchange or replace products within 5-6 working days
As our products are eco-friendly packaging materials meant for practical use, returns are only accepted under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
The issue is reported to us within 3 days of delivery.
The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned with proof of purchase.
Please note:
Returns are not accepted for reasons such as change of mind, slight color variations, or incorrect size selection made by the buyer.

Include your order number, photos of the product received (if applicable), and a brief explanation of the issue.
The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are applicable only on:
Damaged or defective products
Products sent in error by us
Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, or before dispatch, whichever is earlier. After that, cancellation requests will not be entertained.
We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need a different size or quantity, we recommend initiating a return (if eligible) and placing a new order.
